Hello,
With reslicing I meant to "change slice-direction in 3d-volume". If
slice-direction is sagittal, I would like to change it to axial, for example.
I think I got that "reslice"-idea from some historical flirt-discussion. It
got something to do with registering to Talairach-brain. There it was
preferable to have certain orientation in input-volume, or then I have
misunderstood something really bad.
This registration will be for comparison-purposes with MEG. I have whole
brain high resolution volumes in same orientation from both studies
(different scanners) and I am sure that registration will succeed. Now I'm
curious about one thing. If I have certain voxel coordinates for one voxel in
input-volume, how can I report the registered coordinates for that "same"
voxel? What is the relation for target volume's certain pixel in the same
sense? I certainly hope these questions were not completely brainless...
Thanks,
Pasi
