Hi Paul,
I had to switch this option off when I found a student 'messing around with
links' and there are serious potential problems with policing student web
pages, which I felt would be best avoided by simply turning this off.
However, I would be interested to hear how you are planning to use this
option. However, am I also right in thinking that a student has to create a
new page for every course they are on and presumably only other Bb users
will be able to link to it? Pasting it as an outside link will still need a
valid password won't it? Since I turned this off I haven't played but would
be interested to know.
regards
Paul

Subject: Accessing student homepages
Hi,
We're currently running 5.0.1 Level 1.
I'm probably missing something obvious here but can anyone tell how student
homepages can be accessed once they have been created e.g. is there a direct
URL or are they created on the fly etc?
Many thanks in anticipation.
Paul.
