Peter,
I am interested and somewhat bemused by your email, as last year
we visited Plymouth and were very impressed by the cohort
analysis model that IS used! We met with Sara Jennett and two of
her colleagues, and the model was fully explained to us,
including how it pulls in data from the corporate information
system. We have since purchased from Plymouth a copy of the
template used, and are in the process of implementing it into our
annual monitoring and quality assurance systems.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like further
information.
