Good, it's doing it right. The alt text is there for people who can't see
the image, if it serves a useful purpose when the image is visible then
the image is deficient!

TITLE and LONGDESC are the places for supplementing the displayed image.
Opera has a checkbox to turn on/off the display of TITLEs in a tooltip.
