One place to look for this is the Interoperability Pilots - particularly
North Lincolnshire College who have been pioneering in this area. Contact

Subject: VLEs and library systems
I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has done work on
integratinglibrary systems - catalogues, issue system data, local and other
information
resources - into a VLE/MLE, particularly from within a course/module/unit
rather than at a top level. I'm thinking of work that has involved technical
development in, for example, searching or authenticating (yes, I know about
ANGEL) rather than just pointing to resources. If such work related to
Blackboard and Talis that would be ideal!
Many thanks.
