Dear All,
I am trying to analyse an event-related fMRI study using a compressed
sequence, and would greatly appreciate any help.
The experiment is as follows:
The subject is presented with a stimulus, and there is then a period for
subject response (2150ms) during which there is no scanner noise. After this
period, 5 volumes are sparsely acquired (total acquisition time = 1100ms per
volume). There is then another stimulus, and the procedure is repeated.
There are four types of "active" stimuli (conditions ABCD), plus a control
stimulus (E).
i.e.
A (response window) (Volume 1) (Volume 2) (Volume 3) (Volume 4) (Volume 5) B
(response window) etc...
If anyone can suggest how to specify the design of this experiment I would
be very grateful.
Many thanks,
Xavier
