There is vast amounts of data available on land use and density from the
CASA - Bartlett VOA/ONS data bases which are coded to unit postcode level
to below but unfortunately are not in the public domain as these have only
been compiled as part of the DTLR Town Centre/Retail Census project. Harry
Bruhns in the Bartlett is the expert on the fllorspace data and Mark
Thurstain Goodwin is the expert in CASA on the ONS data. These guys can be
contacted to explain what is possible and available.
