Frank:
Thank you and glad you ventured in. Not sure which part of the WA coastline
has those cliffs. At a guess the far north. Actually we have a beautiful
coastline, that is still only accessible with four-wheel drives. The opening
pic in the Landscape and Language site is the 'mouth' of the Moore River - a
sleepy little pocket of heaven, just north of Joondalup. To the right of the
river there is a caravan park on the foreshore and I have had many a nice
holiday there. Recently a multi-national builing company wanted to go in and
turn it into one of those damaging resorts, but the townspeople objected.
The whole town came down heavy on the politicians and won so I believe.
That's poetic justice with a show of hands.
Thanks also for the site/sound of Michael McClure. He's fascinating, esp.
when he believes humans have similar rituals to the animals. And we've just
witnessed that haven't we?
Cheers
Helen
