I don't know if everyone has had the Hand-Arm vibration thing up to the back
teeth yet, but i'd like to throw something else in for discussion.
Over the past year or so we have been actively trying to get control
measures in place and we are making some progress all be it very slow. Part
of this has included health surveillance approprite to the job with an
assessment of self reported symptoms (not ideal but a starting point).
What I'm looking for opinions on is a trend that has developed where
employees refuse to discuss this at all under advice from the union lawyers
(I can oly assume they have claims in against the company but am not aleays
privy to this).
Any thoughts 'n' opinions would be gratefully recieved.
Have a nice weekend
Craig Graham
