Dear all
I am currently designing a tool to allow OH to assist staff who are
retruning to work afet being off with work-related stress. The document
addresses possible causes of stress so that the line manager can be
encouraged to make reasonable adjustments to reduce the risks when the
employee returns. There will be input from Personnel at a return to work
interview with the line manager,memeber of staff who has been off and OHNA.
Prior to this interview the OHNA will have met the sick member of staff and
also had communication with the line manager. Has anyone designed a tool
for this purpose that they would be willing to share?
