May I mildly and without violent intent protest against the outrageous tone
used here? There may be some fin point about "notice" oe whatever, but a
Scheduled Monument is a Scheduled Monument, to start with ; and then surely
this fact should be used as a starting point to get the site physically
protected as well as legally, instead of 'squaring up' as if Stephen's
"Org." was some kind of bandit operation? Paranoia is surely not the best
response to this urgency....
