Dear ILL People
I'm beginning to wonder what BL are doing. We have sent something to
them which they reported NUKL no Backups etc - for a local Act of
Parliament relating to Manchester dated 1844, but we have found it on
COPAC and the House of Commons Library has a copy too.
As they are responsible for passing requests to Backups, perhaps they
are failing to find locations when they exist and sending requests onto
place like Oxford and co when they shouldn't. And they may be lending
for use in the library only which our readers don't like much, thinking
that they are a last resort when they are not.
