Many thanks for this response. As Sheffield and ourselves are one of
the few sites using this system at the moment then I think you
are right that we may be the only ones experiencing the problems.
I want to launch tomorrow with the new extended system but only if
it does not bring a deluge of complaints from users to our TechHelp
Desk.
As a matter of interest have your users found getting access to the
Nature Monthlies and Reviews intuative and user-friendly? We suspect
many of ours will not notice the access point to the left of the main
screen. We have already had this comment. Secondly have you had
difficulties with people trying to get in to the Nature Specialist
journals? Do you get access to these if you have a subscripotion to
them even if not taken out with Nature Publishing direct? It is not
clear to us at the moment and we are trying to sort that out before
launch too.
