The only problem encountered that required me to contact the SLC was regarding courses that start in Semester 2 of academic 2001/2002. The application didn't allow us to enter dates for 2003, which would have been when the 'year' for those students would have finished. SLC said that we should lengthen each term for the courses involved in order to show the actual number of weeks that the students attend. We were advised to put a fictitious end date of 31/12/02 for these courses, despite the fact that the students wouldn't complete until February 2003.
