Oh dear someone upset?
Two messages with the request may be reasonable. A third apparently posted
AFTER THE INSTRUCTIONS WENT OUT, is just plain thoughtless.
It is usually possible to discover answers to such questions without getting
in everyone's way. It is called research. Indeed, going back through the
archive might have revealed that the link in my message appeared just a week
or so ago. Or even waiting a day or two to see if the answer turned up.
Now, do remember when you go on holiday, it is important to "autoreply" to
all messages with the details of which town in Provence has won your custom
this year.
