a work in progress for those who are interested. It's entitled "Not in
Kansas Anymore."
"Back to 34th Street" has kind of a holiday theme, "Escape Velocity" was
inspired by some of my students the past few years, "Creating the patient
wall" is primarily about technique in manual care, and "Why We Believe"
explains the biologic purpose of belief and how that affects our ability to
change as clinicians.
