After have done a short summary about the pharmacology of the xanthine
derivative pentoxifylline, the authors describe their favourable therapeutic
experience in 65 patients suffering from legs trophic lesions; those lesions
origin was venous or mixed. The authors remember the good general
tolerability of this drug.
