In recent years, VCs have bleated that
(a) they can't afford to pay us much more
yet
(b) they have taken big year-on-year rises themselves 9with notable
exceptions) thereby acting as superb role models
and
(c) they have gre3ated gross distortions in poay and conditions by their
actions in the transfer market (including trying to stop transfers)
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
