Research Fellow: Young AIDS Migrants in Southern Africa

Applications are invited for a Research Fellow to work on this DFID
funded project. The successful applicant will undertake multi-method
research examining issues surrounding youth migration as an indirect
response to the AIDS epidemic in southern Africa.
Preference will be given to candidates who have, or are close to
completing, a PhD in geography or a relevant social science discipline.
The post is for a period of 12 months beginning on or before 1st March
2001, of which approximately five months will be spent in southern
Africa. Salary will be on the RA1A scale (£18,281-£20,988 including
London Allowance).
