Dear Sandeep,
Your job sounds very interesting.
Unfortunately we are told no more then Ventilatory
weaning. It may involve NIPPV (non invasive positive
ventilatory pressure)eg CPAP,NIPPV,BIRDetc.
I think they give us some form of paper patient to
which we have to formulise a treatment plan for the
weaning of the patient.
I'd like to know more about what your job involves.
