One of the lists to which I subscribe has just moved from mailbase to
jiscmail. Could you please provide clarification of terms in the spam
quarantine news item (above) on your website.
1. Who determines whether a mail is 'suspicious'?
2. What are the criteria used to determine whether a mail is suspicious?
