As good as it gets. Provides same SNR as 50/60Hz CCD's up to 1000Hz if well
done.

Hugely depends on CCD chip's price and manufacturer itself. Can be very good
at 200-500Hz. Some astronomical grade CCD can be as fast as mid-end CMOS
chips at normal light levels, although their price is awkward :-)

Forget. Charge amps in normal CCDs have bandwidth limitations that preclude
good image quality unless you're very lucky.
