I presume you can put anything that doesn't dissolve in tear liquid and is
otherwise safe on a contact lens. What do you mean by `visible under infrared
light'? Should it emit infrared light while being illuminated by something
else (like UV?)? Most things that reflect visible light reflect infrared so
by implication they are visible in infrared. Not many even quasi-black bodies
around, I presume :-).
