It is actually 9 hours for my SHOs, so I think that's OK, I can't imagine

That thought had crossed my mind!! Andrew, do I detect you are starting to
think like a "boss" already, you know, saving money and all that stuff?! No
seriously, that is very helpful, thank you.
Finally, does anyone know where all this extra money for our juniors is
coming from? My trust doesn't seem to know which is a bit worrying.
