Some more information would be helpful to better answer your question.
Please provide a detailed outline of the patient (age, exam findings your
diagnosis etc.), the reason for the contracture, the muscle(s) involved,
how long have you been treating him/her, what progress has been made thus
far and any other information that may be helpful. Otherwise any advice you
get will have limited value.
