I apologize for not relaying the news earlier, but 91.5 FM, the
Philadephia NPR station, aired an interview with Peter Singer on
November 21. I was included on the show, as a representative of Not
Dead Yet, for the last half hour.
To access the interview/exchange with Singer, first go to the main
page for Radio Times:
http://www.whyy.org/91FM/RadioTimes.html
Near the bottom of this screen, there is seclection menu allowing
you to pick a Radio Times show by date. Set it for
November 21, 2000 and click on the button marked
"Go get it."
On the next screen, there will be a description of that week's
shows - and the description for the Singer piece is:
"Hour Two
Controversial Princeton professor of bioethics, Peter Singer, is
Marty's guest. He'll share his original perspectives on animal
rights, abortion, euthanasia and infanticide."
There will then be a link that invites you to listen to the show in
RealAudio. The link directs you to the beginning of the show.
You can fast forward to the beginning of the second hour. The
exchange with Singer and myself begins about 30 minutes into
the second hour and continues to the end of the show.
