Dear All
I got curious about this one and have been in physio long enough to know
that many things work, but perhaps not for the reasons we believe. Before I
could believe this research I would need to know how they were stretching
psoas and the research which shows this stretch was a genuine psoas stretch.
Ie the muscle bulk may be attributable to the technique but not necessarily
around the current rationale of its use.
Warm Regards Kevin Reese PT UK
