thanx for the information. I can understand from what you have mentioned now
why extension during Mckenzie techniques will ease back pain, but there is
something I don't get (and if anyone can answer this that would really clear
everything up). If you manage to relieve the spinal cord of the nucleus
pulposis, the disc is still damaged, and so what is stopping the nucleus
pulposis from flowing out again?? So does that mean if you damage your
discs, you are not able to do any heavy work, because the compressive forces
would push the nucleus pulposis out??
