Anish,
With relation to the shoulder hand syndrome, what I have found is that there
is a few muscles in the shoulder which can refer pain down into the hand. I
have treated people with almost carpal tunnel like symptoms by treating the
scalenes, serratus posterior superior, serratus anterior and infraspinatus.
I know it is going to stir up contraversy, but it is something to consider.
