Dear colleagues
It's great when your organisation gets a free plug, isn't it? I'm Pauline
Roche, Development Co-ordinator for the European Anti Poverty Network -
England, part of the EU-wide network of the European Anti Poverty Network,
and a student member of the EIA. The office of the England network is based
in Birmingham. We have a membership of nearly 300 organisations in the nine
regions of England, mostly voluntary and community groups who are tackling
poverty and social exclusion. eapn recently published a manual on the
structural funds, and some of our committee members are up-to-date with
developments in the funds.
There are eapn networks in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland too, and we
can pass on contact details to anyone interested. The England network
employs a full-time Information Worker, Barbara Orthodoxou, who can be
contacted on the same email address as me.
That's all for now
