Loyita,
Use the database on the Competition DG's website at:
http://europa.eu.int/comm/competition/mergers/cases/
This is updated daily, and provides access by case number, company name,
date of notification and NACE code, as well as providing a full-text search
engine.
The decisions are also available on Celex, updated weekly, and through
Eudor, though the latter seems not to be up to date.
There is usually an interval of some weeks between the adoption of a merger
decision and its publication, so that the parties can agree on the deletion
of business secrets from the text.
Best regards,
Chris Lamb
