Hello Joel,
As someone who has suffered segregated education and as
a survivor of impairments (including dyslexia) I would suggest phobia of people with physical impairments PoPI
to be the main cause both in the teaching profession as
well as that of employers to be the main problem.
as for excuses for this phobia - there are many.......
