Review New Democracy Forum to be published as a paperback book by Beacon
Press. The book, which examines the degree to which social inequalities
cause health problems, features a lead essay by Norman Daniels, Bruce
Kennedy, and Ichiro Kawachi; responses from Marcia Angell, Ezekiel
Emanuel,
Steffie Woolhandler, and others; and a foreword by Amartya Sen.
