I'm afraid Adrian's training doesn't extend much outside his own dept..
You're quite right, the title Leading Ambulance person or Leading Paramedic
is a rank title much like SHO etc.. So he's effectively criticizing poor
Ian Todd (who hasn't even posted on the ALS thread) for writing his job
title after his name. He'll be expecting police Chief Inspectors to wear
Native American Head-dress and say "How!" next.
(I'm assuming as well that he's referring to my email signature, but I'll
let that one go).
