it's not stricyly physio-related, but i've found medscape
(www.medscape.com) to be brilliant. you need to search specifically by
subject area. (for example, looking up some info for an assignment for
my exercise physiology unit, i couldn't simply go "physiotherapy +
exercise physiology", but had to trace through the cardiology
section).
you need to register first - which is free! *students breath a sigh of
relief* and then you have access to a number of online medical
artciles updated daily.
