I use a program called WINTAPS which is fantastic. I can't think of
anything you can't do on it (both financial management and patient
records-wise), it is regularly updated (and updates can be downloaded
from their website) and it is cheaper than Freehand. You can send them
suggestions by phone, e-mail or letter and they include them in the next
update. NB also check when you buy any program concerning the
'maintenance fees' to give you ongoing support and updates 0- they can
be expensive.
You can download a free copy of their software (usable for your first 30
