The 2-volume critical edition referred to here is published by Harvey
Miller Publishers (London), ISBN 0905203526 (£125/$190, I think).
Alison Stones and Paula Gerson also published, at around the same time
a Gazetteer of the medieval buildings encountered along the pilgrimage
routes: ISBN 1872501656 (hbk, £48/$75) or 1872501931 (pbk, £28/$42).
