I can only assume this message was generated by a system fault which has
prevented me from accessing Outlook Express for the last five days. The
message was originally posted in May last year and comprehensively answered
at that time. Please accept my apologies for this inadvertent cross-posting
and my thanks for the replies. Actually, I did acquire a Master
Genealogist demo and found it very impressive but decided to press on with
MS Access, which I already had, eventually adopting David Gatley's
suggestion, over Roz Davies's, as being the swiftest and least complicated.
