Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Organometallic Photochemistry
A postdoctoral research assistantship is available from November 1 2000
for 3 years. The research will involve development of time-resolved
infrared spectroscopy and its applications to photochemistry of
organometallics. The research programme is led by Professor Robin Perutz
and Dr Simon Duckett. Their research groups have an international impact
and strong links with other groups in Europe and North America. Experience
of photochemistry or laser spectroscopy would be an advantage, but those
with knowledge of organometallics would also be welcomed. Salary will be
in the range from £16755 to £ 18737. For information about the University
