Hello Everyone
I am currently employed at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in
London as their Reservations Executive. As part of my role I have to
complete certain objectives on an annual basis. One of the objectives that
has been set is to ascertain expectations of conference agents and delegates
from a conference centre before during and after events. Please can anyone
help? All input would be gratefully received. Any publications or web sites
that anyone has seen? I am in the process of also making appointments with
agents to discuss the above and have distributed questionaires to some
delegates.
