Dear All,
I wonder if anyone could shed some light on a point relating
to Treaty Article 296. I am trying to find out whether the list, mentioned
in section 2 of 296 (in red below) has ever been reproduced and/or is in
the public domain. I have found stacks of references to it in various
decisions etc, but cannot find anything which reproduces to the exact
content of the list. There doesn't appear to be a handy annex to the Treaty
containing it...
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Sarah

2.The Council may, acting unanimously on a proposal from the
Commission, make
changes to the list, which it drew up on 15 April 1958, of
the products to which the provisions
of paragraph 1(b) apply.
