This is not my list so I feel a bit hesitant in raising this, but here
goes:
I joined this mailing list thinking that I was going to be involved in
discussions about academic emergency medicine. I know that the
moderated / unmoderated debate has been had before, but I really
feel that it is time for this list to be moderated to filter out all of the
extraneous topics that people seem to indulge in.
I think that this is the only was to get above the current standard,
which is often pretty poor. Any one feel the same?
