You may have to download a free set of Japanese fonts from your web browser
(from the Microsoft, Apple or Netscape sites) to help you, but, once you have
managed to do that, this program will give you a rough idea of the article
that you wish to translate. Though the translation will not be complete or
accurate, it will save you a fortune if you manage to decode the less clear
parts.
