An obvious question to Dr Ragland
Could you share with us some of your insights and research
results/conclusions so that we can do the best for our patients around the
world?
References would suffice
Thanks

Subject: Re: list content & lurkers
Shaf says - "As for lurkers Rowley, non contribution may in fact be a form
of agreement as views go unchallenged in acceptance rather than ignorance, I
would define
lurking as non medical/ non paramedical emergency persons
(politicians/journalists included )scanning such lists for titbits worthy of
sensationalistic hype...."
Not entirely true, Shafique - I "lurk" on many lists (including this one) to
gain insight as to what topics generate discussions and controversies - I
then do my own research on those topics that pique my interest. I then
compare the results of my own research with the comments made by the many
contributors to the various list servs. Over time, I have catalogued a
depressingly (though not surprisingly) small number of list contributors who
actually seem to know what they are talking about.
