hi sophia,
the child is 9 years old. Yes, it is possible to take her out of the
wind-swept position.As far as the
postural control equipment is concerned, well, ours is a Govt. hospital and
most of our patients are poor ,
they simply can't afford such equipment. Infact, the parents haven't even
consulted a pediatrictian for the
past 9 years!! they have come to our hospital since the treatment is free of
cost! but, we do not provide free
postural control equipment. (only if some orgn. sponsors. there are not many)
the X-ray has not yet been taken. let you know the findings once i get it.
bye,
annapoorna
hi netta
thank you so much for the informative mail. i haven't checked for pelvic
obliquity and scoliosis. I will do it next time
i see the patient. i think she is a very severe case since she has not been
treated for the past 9 years!
thank you once again.
annapoorna.
