Although I can not help you with this point specifically I would urge you to
learn as much as you can about PNF.
Physios often do not recognise the pearls under their noses and PNF is one
of them. Many are rediscovering it under different more glamourus names,
often osteopathic.
When used in an intelligent way, specific to the individuals needs it has a
surprising number of applications. Perhaps if we called it ancient leaping
thunder cure all mystical technique, more would take notice.
