Mary,
I'm not sure what type of cosmetics are available where you are. However
camoflage cosmetics refer to foundations (face make-up) that is formulated to
adhere to scar tissue and provide nearly opaque coverage. The brands that are
most common in the U.S. are Lydia O'leary Covermark, Dermablend (which is my
favorite), and Clinique also has a product called Continuous Coverage. I
believe that most contain either Zinc or Titanium dioxide which enables them
to adhere where most other products will not. Feel free to e-mail me if you
have further questions.
