I've been tinkering in this area for the last year or two,
focusing on early thirteenth-century England. These books (and a few
articles) have been a helpful introduction for me to the general relations
between Christians and Jews. Ivan Marcus's book _Rituals of Childhoood_
has some particularly interesting ideas about cross-fertilization of
Jewish/Christian ideas.
