Donaldson & Morpeth: A Dictionary of Scottish History says:-
Portioner: Normally an estate gave its name to a sole proprietor, but
when it was divided (e.g. among co-heiresses) the proprietor of each
part was styled a portioner.
Sorbitor - haven't a clue. Is there any chance of a misreading-
something like servitor?
Best wishes
