I also checked the SIDA website as I know they are finally getting around to
address disability issues. Even though I had no luck (the english pages were
less informative than the swedish which managed to address the issue at the
usual medical health perspective) I knwo that they recently have created a
position for an official responsible for disability issues.
All this is probably a side-effect of the recent bi-lateral project between
Sweden and Southafrica which contains a significant "disability-component".
This at the request of the SA:ns who also managed to learn the swedish
officials the word "mainstreaming" in the process.
